To cancel an ESTAGE account all you need to do is contact our customer support who will help you in super-quick time! Thank you for your interest in ESTAGE during your recent 30-day free trial.

Unfortunately your comments do not appear to relate to ESTAGE and so I would encourage you to contact the 'ABS' directly to query any refund request you may have submitted to the company. Having viewed your ESTAGE account you did subscribe to a free trial of the ESTAGE software which was subsequently canceled during the free trial period as per your request (this was your only message to our support team). To-date, you have not made any purchases with ESTAGE. Please contact ESTAGE Support if you need any further clarification regarding the points above. Best regards.

Hello Pete and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Unfortunately, your comment does not relate to the ESTAGE platform. There is no such thing as a '360 day' guarantee and nor do we charge $500 for any product or service. I checked your account and you cancelled your access to the ESTAGE platform during your free trial period - before ever paying anything to ESTAGE. Having checked for your details, I can confirm we have never received a support query, ticket or engaged in any correspondence with you. I would advise contacting the vendor with whom you have an issue for further clarification regarding any purchase made and/or promised refund, as mentioned in your remarks.
