Quick and professional customer service
Quick and professional customer service I accidentally placed an order late at night while just trying to check shipping costs to Switzerland. I immediately contacted ESSXNYC explaining my mistake, and they canceled my order within hours the next day. Their customer service was fast, understanding, and professional. Really appreciate how they handled this stressful situation for me. Highly recommend this store - they truly care about their customers. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
