Have worked with Essential Watches a number of times and have had a great experience each time. They are knowledgeable on all the watch brands and provide very fair estimates with efficient and friendly service. I would do business with them again.

Buying a watch online can be a bit nerve-wracking but Seth and the rest of the Essential Watches team are fantastic. They will go out of their way to find you the watch you want, are available to answer any questions you might have, and give great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Everything went well and Fred wrote me a nice note. I was excited to receive my first mechanical watch and it is running perfectly. I hope to purchase another from Fred in the future.
