Essential WatchesReviews of essential-watches.com

I live in Alabama and Essential Watches is in California. I've never purchased an expensive watch from such a great distance over the phone, and I was a bit apprehensive at first. Irene and Seth were great to work with and they crossed all the T's and dotted all the I's for me to give me great confidence in purchasing from them. They found the exact limited edition watch I had been looking for and gave me a great price on it. It is new in the box with all the correct documentation and extras. I have just received it overnight from FEDEX and let me tell you all....IT IS BEAUTIFUL! I am overjoyed. Thanks Irene and Seth for doing exactly what you said you would and delivering the watch I have been searching for. I WILL DEFINITELY BUY FROM ESSENTIAL WATCHES AGAIN AND HOPE YOU DO TOO.

I worked with Irene and Seth on a Trade recently. I was very difficult, as I had a lot of questions. They were truly incredible. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I was fully satisfied. I highly recommend this great company.

During a complex and expensive purchasing process, I have found a great support and a pleasant partnership, helping me to decide and finalise my operation.

I called Essential Watches concerning my desire to purchase a particular chronometer made by Omega. This particular one was becoming hard to find and I had a hunch that Essential Watches could come through on finding one for me. Almost immediately the chronometer was found because of their ability and their tenure in the Watch Business. My order was processed without any difficulty and all communication between me and Essential Watches went flawlessly and the shipping accommodations were perfect! I got the chronometer I was searching for and I can't thank Essential Watches enough for the tremendous work that they did for me. I would most certainly recommend Essential Watches to anyone concerning the purchase of any watch. They are that good.

Great selection, great price, great service. Open and honest dealer, it was a pleasure to do business.
