Like my previous purchase from Essential Watches, Seth went above and beyond to make me happy. He knew I was looking for a very collectable watch to add to my collection and when he found exactly what I was looking for he even came to my office to show it to me. His knowledge and contacts are unrivaled, and he will bend over backwards to make sure you are thrilled with your purchase.

VERY PROFESSIONAL

Jaeger Lecoultre was delivered in two days in mint condition. Communication was excellent. Sending video of the actual watch was very helpful as well. Great experience.

Products are as advertised, ships quickly, and the staff are responsive. I will definitely shop here again!

Honest, reliable and courteous service in an industry that generally inst too kind to newbies like myself. Buying a pre-owned watch out on any which site is tough, particularity if you don't know everything like the experts do. I did not feel this way at essential watches, I received knowledgeable, courteous and friendly service every time!

Great communication, fast shipping, and a beautiful watch! What more can you ask for?
