The name is confusing But excellent response I clicked thinking it was access to my electronic staff record which is also shortened as esr In no time the subscription was collected I thought it was a scam but when I contacted the amount was returned so promptly and the response to complaint was second to none Some improvement in the design and name would prevent further complaints

I initially subscribed through Apple Pay, but I had no idea how! I was searching on Google and I paid 1p but then was charged £29.90. I was afraid I’d never see it again but thankfully, after contacting the customer support team, the issue was promptly resolved. Exceptional customer support service. It is a bit sneaky way of getting subscribers. I never even knew what the company was though in fairness I’m dyslexic!
