The Esim didn’t work it would not activate in England or when I arrived in turkey and I emailed to get help and have received no response. My family all got the same one and those with androids worked and those with apple phones would not install or activate

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and delay in response you experienced during your trip. eSIMs on iPhones require specific cellular settings (such as turning on the line and enabling Data Roaming under Settings > Cellular) to complete activation. We apologize if our guidance was not sufficiently clear to assist you promptly while traveling. We want to make this right. Please reach out directly to our support team at [email protected] with your Order ID so we can investigate your issue, issue a replacement, or process a full refund for the affected line. Best regards, Customer Support Team www.esimyat.com
