Appalling and offensive service... I would have preferred speaking to a robot—it surely would have been more human than them.

I want to share a deeply disappointing personal experience with the eSIM2Fly affiliate program. Everything below reflects my own experience, but I believe it’s important for others to be aware before partnering with this brand. Despite generating legitimate affiliate sales, eSIM2Fly did not pay out my commissions. Even worse, they failed to provide clear reasons for the non-payment. What concerns me even more is that when I reached out for support, eSIM2Fly did not respond to any of my messages or emails. Every attempt to contact them was ignored, leaving the issue unresolved and raising serious questions about their reliability and professionalism. From my perspective, this lack of transparency, accountability, and communication makes it hard to trust their affiliate program. If a company cannot clearly explain payment issues and cannot respond to partners seeking clarification, it becomes difficult to consider them a dependable brand. If you are looking for more trustworthy eSIM providers with better support and clearer policies, I personally recommend exploring alternatives like Maya eSIM, Airalo, or Nomad, which have provided far more consistent and professional experiences. My experience with eSIM2Fly has been extremely disappointing, and I hope sharing this helps others make more informed decisions.

After 4 days I eventually got a response. They had no more dtac eSIMs in stock. So they're over-selling beyond what they have available, and it takes days to find out. I'm yet to receive a refund which is hopefully imminent, but I certainly would never trust this site. There are highly reliable competitors (AirAlo, Holafly, Saily, etc). Only given a second star becuase the refund was fairly quick and painless.

went back to Thailand again and this time I got a AIS travel eSIM instead of the dtac from last time. Installed it the day before, when I landed, I had internet. Very smooth
