I would give negative stars if I could. Bought an ESIM for Canada to try it out. It takes TWO BUSINESS DAYS to get a response from support. And when they do respond, they are the most technologically inept and tone deaf messages I have ever received. This is a total SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will keep saying that they are fixing the problem but it is just a delay tactic.

SIM Not Allowed, no networks available
Installed the eSim, went to Turkey where there are huge IP and eSim restrictions and the data pack worked for 30 days no problem, except the usual poor signal from the Turkish mobile provider.
Came back to the UK, and a few months later tried to purchase a data pack. The pack became active, but no network providers were ever available so the eSim sat is a state of Not Allowed. Support took 5 days to check everything I told them in the first email, settings, restarting, roaming, all the things needed to get a simple esim to work, and none of it helped. They just kept delaying and sending template emails saying the say thing which amounted to "it should work, switch airplane mode, select a network". As a support, they are just not listening, they provide no solution, hard to select a network when there is no networks listed.
The whole point of an eSim and data packs is to be able to go into a coffee shop, connect, buy data and go mobile from that point on. This is not possible with TextR, because it's been a week, I still don't have any internet data, but I sure did waste hours of my time trying to find places with wi-fi, rebooting more times than a Windows update and trying to get it to work.
In the end they offered a partial refund for a data pack that never worked, it's like paying for something you never got, and could never use, and so it appears the solution is to NOT use TextR for eSims.
