EShineReviews of eshinestore.com

It is the second time I buy from EShine, I'm more than happy with the quality of the products and the support of the company. Products are reliable and work better than other brands, no need to look elsewhere to buy again.

Upon receipt and installation of the LED lights we had a question. We received a response to our email within hours with an answer and solution to the question. There was then a follow up to ensure everything was good! Excellent company and products which we highly recommend.

David was very helpful and answered all my questions!

The folks that worked with me help me complete my orders correctly and quickly answered all me questions and removed my concerns. The customer service I've received from EShine has been some of the best I've experienced recently. After starting to apply some of the lights to my project I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the price seems very reasonable for what they deliver. I will definitely recommend them.

AAA + What great staff this company has Amelia was very helpful.

My wave activated LED lighting wasn’t working but I emailed the company and the problem was solved quickly. It was a user error and now it’s working beautifully.

What can't I say about E-Shine, I loved the lights right out of the box and even more under the counter, very small cords you don't even know they are there. Loved them so much I brought some for my closet and motion activated one for under the sink. Let's talk about the service. The lights were still under warranty, (they come with a 3 year warranty). I had a few of the LED's on my 20" lights go out. I didn't notice them until I look under the cabinet. I contacted E-Shine on chat and David took care of me. He was very helpful and patient. He needed my order# and it took me a few hours to find it. Our chat took place at the end of the day, so the next morning David had responded and our chat continued throughout the day, since I'm not married to the computer. Within no time they were shipping new replacement lights. You can't put a price on customer service. I'm sold

After I placed my order I noticed several things wrong with it I immediately contacted Eshine and spoke with Amelia. She was heaven sent and got me taken care of and joined my 2 orders together along with correcting my lighting preference. I would highly recommend this company.
