EShineReviews of eshinestore.com

Have ordered from them several times and have always been completely satisfied with there products and customer service. I highly recommend them!

I have been a regular user of a variety of EShine products. Have always been very satisfied with the quality and in particular the customer service. My last purchase involved an unfortunate manufacturing defect. The support I received from Paul was amazing; the issue was dealt with in an efficient, effective and particularly prompt manner. They will continue to be my go to company for similar lighting needs.

I recently ordered 2 24” lights from E Shine. When I went to charge them, one light charged like it was supposed to, while the other was defective out of the box. I contacted customer support and a new light was on its way within 12 hours. Mistakes happen, but I’ll do business with a company that stands behind its product any day. Installation was easy and the performance is great! I plan to buy more lights from EShine.

Support was helpful, expeditious and provided a replacment for the unit that was not working properly. I've had a great experience. Thank you!

I happen to find EShine products website and found not only the website very interactive and informative, but also Amelia the Customer Service agent who answered all my questions via their on-line chat! It was GREAT to find out that you can connect puck lights to any 12V bar system.

I purchased a number of their under cabinet LED lights. Had a problem with one and they very quickly resolved the issue. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. Thank you!

Great chat support in answering questions and providing specific links to the products I needed.

I was missing a power cord so I contacted their customer service. They sent me one right away and I received it quickly. Great job! I have many of their lights and will continue to buy them when needed.
