Absolutely love their products
Absolutely love their products. Unfortunately, the customer service is unbelievably non-existent and shipping times are not as advertised when you order. They are full of excuses about under staffing and "getting behind". Not sure why they don't proactively communicate with customers and just hire more people. It's been this way for years.
