Chinese drop shipping
Scammers! They advertise themselves as a UK-based company, but in reality, they sell cheap Chinese junk with long shipping times. They claim the package is sent via Royal Mail, which is technically true—but only after it’s shipped from China. They promise 5-7 day delivery, but that’s completely misleading. Their poorly described listings deceive customers. I ordered a pair of air suspension components, but they randomly sent me just one without even asking which one I needed. Of course, they didn’t send the one I actually wanted. Now they say I have to pay for the other one separately to receive it. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks, and it still hasn’t arrived. If I hadn’t contacted them today, it wouldn’t have even been shipped. They just sent me a Royal Mail tracking number, but it’s not active yet, and there’s no information about the package. Now all I can do is hope it eventually shows up. Do not buy car parts from them! The chances of receiving your order on time—or at all—are extremely low.
