They took my order and charged my card, but then never emailed me any confirmation. After a week had passed with not a word from them, and after I requested a status update 2x, they cancelled my order out of the blue. When I asked why they reacted like a petty children. It's clear they have no idea how to effectively run a business or how to treat a customer (first-time one at that!) I wouldn't recommend these thieves to anyone! Stay far, far, far, away from these scammers.

I ordered an electronic product from erwincomputers and it arrived in the wrong size. I have now been holding for over 40 minutes, waiting for a customer service representative, listening to the same Coldplay song, repeated endlessly. Buyer beware.
