I have not lived in the apartment tied to this company since roughly December 2023. I saw my card has still been getting charged although I have attempted multiple times to have the charges stopped. I attempted calling the number as stated on the website, but it either hangs up after | click to cancel the charges, or it says they're closed and to call back later. I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops not only to have my card stopped being charged, but also to get a refund. This is unacceptable to be getting charged over $90 every few months for a service I'm not receiving. Not only that, I tried to login multiple time on the website but it says no account found with my information. How is that possible? This is a scam. Someone please get in contact with me to rectify this situation through cancelling upcoming charges and refunding the charges since I moved out of the apartment.

Fraudsters , stay away i have already reported them

Purchased a renters policy in April 2025 and the company who owned the property sold it. The new company asked that I change the interested party to their address. Reached out to Erenterplan and they said they could not do this. I ended up having to purchase a new renters plan through another company. I did not realize that some insurance companies would refuse to do this. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

this company is extremely fraudulent. I am deeply disturbed how I was treated on the phone by the representative. Apparently they are having an issue with "their system" in the state of Maryland and I have been being charged DOUBLE what I pay for Months only to be told i might not be able to receive my refund. I had to spend my Sunday on the phone with them having my lease re-written only to be disconnected in the middle of the call with no call back. UNREAL had I not noticed they essentially stole money from me.

I used their service because I was going to move into an apartment. I had to get renters insurance. Something happened on the apartment complex side and I was not able to move in. Around that time alot was going on trying to find apartments. About a month ago or longer erenter emailed and said my renewal was coming up. I just happened to be in my email. I looked at it. Realizing I was paying these people on auto pay and did not move into the apartment!! for YEARS. I called them. They are sending a refund but KEEPING my other 250 and some because the SYSTEM does not go back two years. Now, I will need to sue them, and I will. I never used their services, but they refuse to give my money back, but they know they have it.

Worst insurance company and worst customer service I've dealt with. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I received a notification that my 12-month policy was expiring. I logged into the site and renewed it. Turns out they kept two policies running. When I called in to cancel, one went away but they charged another. When I called in to speak to someone about being double-charged, they hung up on me. Then, when I call back, I get a closed message. I bet if you make a claim, they do nothing. Property managers, find someone else. Renters, push your property managers or find your own plan.
