Easy, my wife went in the day before got all the information on a washer dryer set. All I had to do was go in and pay and set up delivery. Same day service was impressive. The delivery and set up guys were the best I have ever experienced. I am happy with my purchase and recommend ER appliance to anyone looking for great products and service.

Vinny was amazing. He knew exactly what to do to repair our dryer. He was very professional, on time (which is hard to find) for the appointment and the fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again if needed.

The technicians were knowledgeable, resolved the problems with my dishwasher, and were very pleasant. Booking a timely appointment is easy. The work is guaranteed for three months. I'd certainly recommend this appliance repair company.

Vinny is always great and honest. His referral is coming out Thursday for the dryer vents, and if that doesn't fix it, he will be out again..Thank you Vinny!!
