Very disappointing experience. I paid for the subscription to research Etsy sellers and find a niche, but the tool requires me to connect an Etsy shop to access seller stats. I dont even have a shop yet. This requirement was not clearly mentioned before I subscribed. I requested a full refund, but they only offered a prorated refund. I don’t think thats fair.

I had a very disappointing experience. I subscribed because the service advertised a 14-day refund policy, but when I requested a refund, I was told there was a hidden limitation based on the subscription plan. This restriction was not made clear before I purchased. I no longer needed the tool, yet the company refused to honor what I believed was their refund policy. If the plan-specific limitation had been disclosed upfront, I would never have subscribed. Transparency matters, and customers deserve to know the full refund terms before making a purchase.

I've been using eRank for my Etsy research, and overall, I think it's one of the best value-for-money tools available. I understand that no third-party tool can provide 100% accurate Etsy data, so I don't expect perfect numbers. For me, eRank is incredibly useful for identifying trends, understanding what's working, discovering keyword opportunities, and optimizing my SEO. It gives a solid direction, which is exactly what most Etsy sellers need. One feature I especially appreciate is the ability to export data. I regularly export keyword and listing information and then perform my own in-depth analysis. That workflow saves me a lot of time and helps me make better decisions. The only thing I would love to see improved is the accuracy and depth of listing data. It would be fantastic if the platform could provide even more reliable estimates for metrics like demand, favorites, likes, and sales on individual listings. Having a clearer picture of those numbers would make the tool even more powerful. Overall, eRank is an excellent platform with a fair price, a great feature set, and tremendous value for Etsy sellers. It's become an essential part of my research process, and I highly recommend it.
