I originally ordered the wrong engine…
I originally ordered the wrong engine for my 24 hp gravely mower. I ended up having to pay shipping costs to send it back. But Mitch made my experience great, he did help me out with the shipping. I got to use their shipping method and it only cost me what they pay. I received the new engine back when I re-ordered it. It worked perfect it’s great absolutely amazing thank you Mitch for all your hard work and your help.

Delivery time only 4 days and service I had a hard time starting the engine .But they emailed the engine is tight .I cranked it a few more times and it started right up great service if I need another engine this is the place ! Thank you !!

I had a few questions as to a particular engine replacement. I emailed; within 30 minutes I received a phone call explaining details about the questions I had. You typically don't get that kind of service today. I was so impressed, I've already purchased another engine for another project. The business world needs more companies like this!

B&S 36HP Vanguard: From a DIY guy !!! The website is well designed, made the selection and listing easy. Price was the best around. Purchasing the engine online was almost half of what the 3 local shops wanted for the same engine. And to top that, Equipatron did not charge for shipping. Fantastic !!! Shipping was fast, factory-to-door delivery at no additional cost. Engine came in well packed, in a cardboard crate and pallet and the delivery guy brought it in my garage. Excellent ! Contacted Equipatron with an email question, after the sale and they replied the right away, within a few hours. Not bad! So, overall, 5-STAR purchase ! Would recommend them for sure !!
