We had a fantastic experience with Jason refinancing our home loan. My brother had worked with him recently and sang his praises. Jason was super communicative and flexible to accommodate our schedules and incredibly responsive. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed with the amount of information and the process, but he was very clear and invested in making sure we had all questions answered and were comfortable. What’s more, we got a way better rate than our credit union was offering and it was tailored for our needs so that we paid almost no fees AND ended up with a much lower monthly mortgage. We also were able to move much quicker than the credit union, but never felt rushed. I think we started and funded the loan within a 30 day window, and Jason went the extra mile to make sure we were all squared away before we left town, arranging for a notary to come to our place in record time, and with little notice (sorry..). It was a pleasure working with him and would definitely recommend.
