I won $450 on epic sweep, they cancelled my sweep account saying I have Multiple accounts. Even if I accidentally hit sign up instead of log in and started a separate account but never verified or filled out any information, or did a single spin or play, you still shouldn’t take the money. I’ve had two sites that I’ve done that on and they just cancelled the old account I never Played on and gave me the money. Crazy they are doing same thing to my wife. Unbelievable They did the same thing to my wife for $150. This needs to get out to potential new players. I will update this, if they fix issue

Don't ever do any freelance work for them, they won't pay you and will ghost you. I did some freelance work for them on the Media Buying side and haven't received a penny since February. Per contract they owe me $2,500 for the months of January and February ($1,000 for January and $1,500 for the month of February) I have tried contacting them several times but no luck, no answers from any member of the team.

I have engaged in multiple online social casino and when I got to EpicSweep I thought things would be different. I first had an issue with the verification process but then I got assistance with that quickly and that was resolved. My main issue is now the redemption process I was told by multiple representatives that it would be a quick process My first three redemptions were canceled and there was no reason why. I was told that I have to redeem with the same card that was used to make a purchase I've used that card multiple times to try to redeem and it failed and canceled I finally now I'm trying the bank transfer. I chose my option to redeem on March 26th it is now March 30th and I am still waiting. from what I was told from a representative is that it is now on my financial institution in which I have called and they state that there is nothing incoming yet. I'm starting to feel like this is more of a scam than anything If I do and when I do get my redemption honestly I would give this casino 5 stars.
