TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUESTIONABLE BILLING, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY I have rarely experienced such a frustrating and disappointing customer service process. I purchased a 5-Day Whistler Epic Pass through the mobile app, expecting to pay approximately CAD $600. Instead, I was charged CAD $831.21. When I tried to get a clear explanation, I was met with weeks of back-and-forth communication, confusing responses, and numbers that still don’t add up. I was told that my credit voucher was worth CAD $785.91, leaving a difference of approximately $45.30 compared with the amount charged. Despite spending weeks trying to resolve this issue, I still haven’t received a satisfactory, transparent explanation of the discrepancy. How can a company this large make the customer spend weeks chasing answers about their own money? The most disappointing part isn’t just the money. It’s the complete lack of clarity, accountability, and respect for the customer’s time. Instead of making things right and providing a straightforward explanation, the process has turned into an exhausting customer service nightmare. Epic Pass should be ashamed of how frustrating this experience has been. Customers shouldn’t have to become accountants, keep chasing representatives, and repeatedly explain the same problem just to understand what they were charged and why. My trust in Epic Pass has been seriously damaged, and I absolutely cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you’re considering buying an Epic Pass, think carefully, double-check every charge, and keep screenshots of everything. Don’t assume that resolving a billing issue will be quick or straightforward. A company earns its reputation not just through the product it sells, but through how it treats customers when something goes wrong. In my case, Epic Pass has failed miserably.
