EPIC has answered my review. And here is my answer to their review: Epic never completed the service task. The $100.00 dollars for the translation was an abortion. You actually took my book and put it through 'GOOGLE Translate' and called it a professional Spanish translation. That wasn't very good. That's why I stopped you and asked for the money back, but you refused. The book, according to AMAZON and Barnes and Noble, had to be republished, which I did with another company. I was about to address everything you said, but I won't dignify you with a response. My books are being published in both languages, and I am happy with the new company. Thanks for all you claim you did, but it could have been done better if your customer service had been more cooperative. But I had to pay a new company to republish my book. I paid the initial setup fee to Epicecommerceautomation com, which operates under the same people as Epic Book Writers. After payment, they failed to deliver the promised services despite my repeated follow-ups. When I requested a refund, they continuously delayed, made excuses, and stopped responding properly. I have all written communication, invoices, and payment records as proof of their misconduct. This company (and its connected entities) are scammers running multiple websites under different names to deceive people. I strongly advise everyone to avoid doing business with them. If anyone has fallen victim or needs evidence, I am willing to share my documentation to help others report them and prevent more people from being scammed. Below is answer but i have evidence that both are same people around.

Fraud they asking for money based on services

I spent $499.00 with them and got nothing but a bunch of headaches, a total lost. I was having problems with them from the very beginning and I wrote a review here and they attempted to extort me into removing the review before they would continue with the service. I ask them to publish the book and I would remove the review. Until this day about 8 months now I have yet to receive anything for my $499.00. The. The first time I disputed it with my bank and they said if I would stop the dispute they would continue, then when I wrote the first review on here they came back with a reply stating that they won the dispute which is a lie. The. This is an in house business that have found away to use AI to do the work and I can prove that by the scores that they should me that my manuscript got after they rearranged it. My next problem came when they wanted me to fill out a questionnaire answering question as to what I want the book cover to look like down to it's colors, now check never suppressed publishing I created all the book covers on my site and what I wanted to do is see if someone could do it better than I was doing it myself that is why I hired Epic to do for me but instead they wanted not wanted demanded that I provide them with my ideas to design the cover. What I expect from a professional was for them to use their expertise to generate a cover based on the manuscript that they were supposed to have proofread. In fact that is what started it all, I sent them a manuscript that is in the format that I have published all of my other books with and they would send me back something with different fonts on the first page. So, now I am going back and forth re-reading something that I had already read to get it to the point that it was ready for publishing. Then would correct the fonts on the first page and then I reading and find another mistake on the third page and in other areas. Now picture this you are working on other things and you have to keep stopping to re-read a manuscript to make sure that do have any errors, now you are behind. It is few of the in the same house that act like they transferring you to upper management and there is no click the other person jumps on the phone and start talking as if she or he was right there listening. Like I said check my site never suppressed publishing I did not need them I just wanted to see if someone could do better than what I was doing, All in all I guess you can say that I lack confidence in myself. Before you spend a dime on them you might want to write out your contract on what your expectation are instead of just signing a contract fake promises. And was going to write a review on the BBB site in their state but they are not registered with the BBB. In fact before I ever decide to mess with any of these people the BBB is going to be my first step and it should be yours to and if they are not registered that is or should be a RED FLAG

For few moments i see Epic Group of Companies cannot be be compared to any book writing company.I see Epic Group has an expectees in books writing,the orientation that they give when they get in touch with new author.Another area I love about Epic is the way they market the company allover the world and the internet is excellent.We have author's but everyone is looking for the best.The worker's in Epic Company have hard working personel who knows their work.The choice of colour's for the advert carries a language in itself.What I loved and cherish is how the Marketing manager speaks to clients is full of wisdom.They are ready to listen to every clients, give wise advice how and the package for the client's. They set the work moving by coming out with a good contract for the client's to go through and discuss.The personel are ready to explain every bit of the contract.The contract is drafted with the client in mind to meet projects ahead.Epic Group are favored with good researcher's to give the best in story telling in every field.One interesting area is having Ghosts that takes table of contents of books and turn it into books.Such writers should be taken serious because they have an eyes and ears to listen and give the best the public.Epic Group company is the best and have a lot to give out to the world.I believe that writing have the best to heal,unite families and nation's.If you want the best I can point you to Epic Group company.
