Hi Robin! Your message actually made our day. We've been working hard behind the scenes to cut down response times because we know how frustrating it can be to wait days for a simple answer. Just last month, our support team was averaging 48 hours per response. Now we're down to under 6 hours most days. It's one of those improvements that might seem small from the outside, but it represents a lot of late nights and process tweaks. Thanks for taking the time to acknowledge it. Hi Jamie! Thanks for letting us know about this. You're right that finding the cancellation option shouldn't be a treasure hunt, and we appreciate you pointing that out. Really glad our support team was able to help you out quickly though! We're working on making these important account settings much easier to find so future users don't have to go through the same hassle. If you need anything else down the road, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. Epica Beauty Team

That's a really good point, Bj! Eczema and psoriasis detection would be incredibly helpful for so many people who struggle with those conditions. The team has noted your suggestion and we're always looking at ways to expand what our AI can identify. Thanks for taking the time to share this idea with us.
