They have doctors listed that are not mine. Plus, almost all my medical records are missing. All they have is some lab results. They’ve already been hacked. So nice they pay a monopoly to have my medical records so they can be hacked. I hate the government in health care, governments never improved anything. I’m going to call my health care tomorrow and insist on copies of my records before they are distributed to the general public. This is a mistake they chose this company.

This company is destroying medicine . Patients have no control over their data, I have doctors listed in MyChart that I have never seen or had appointments with, and you have absolutely no control over your patient data. In addition, this is a monopoly and if they were ever hacked, everyone's medical data would be on the dark web. The company should be outlawed.

I called this software company to get some information and give them some legal notices, the lady that answered the phone was rude, interrupting and ignorant. She was like a snarky fast talking car salesman. But I guess she is just answering the phone and doesn't seem to know anything about simple legal terms, she eventually hung up on me, I didnt expect to get piss poor service but I guess thats what you can expect to get when you try to deal with Epic directly, they are epically rude~!
