Purchased a subscription. Loaded both files 'xml' and 'M3U' after loading my m3u on website and editing channels and doing a forced sync. Using Tivimate premium as my platform. Nothing works except UK channels, which had EPG, prior to subscribing to EPG.BEST I dont recommend at all, as nothing works. Waste of money Real pity , as was looking forward to EPG for at least my usa and Africa channels Watched online videos , and emailed support, no luck.

After purchasing the service, I changed my mind less than an hour later and tried to contact them to cancel it and my messages went unanswered. The support was horrible and I still have not heard back from them I will just have to take the loss. I wont do it again. 3/14/21 - It's okay, I just had to take the loss though I will never use the product and as for 100 times, that's a gross exaggeration, once to be exact and in the fine print. I will concede that it was my fault trusting in the company to do the right thing. Very interesting, a response 3 months later. Oh well live and learn.

The editor is fine and was better than most on the market however the service uptime was awful. In the one year I used the product, I experienced multiple weeks with no guide data or large segments completely broken. It got to the point where I had to build my own epg editor and eventually stopped using this service. On top of this, the administrator is pompous is childish. When there are outages you he will post a generic statement hidden away in his forums. If you don't see the update and ask questions he will rudely tell you to read the forum. You will then spend 20 minutes trying to figure out what he wants you to read before you give up. Or if you dare ask again he will either delete your question or threaten you. I raised multiple issues about channel guide data that was not updating. He would usually make up excuses and then when he was tired of doing that he would just delete my questions. who did not provide useful updates when the service went down. I once saw a customer, paying customer mind you, complain about the service in a forum. The administrators response was to delete the users account and keep the rest of his money. It does not get much worse than this. Frankly after dealing with all this I was happy to spend the hours it took to develop my own guide mechanism. My mechanism is 100% reliable and far easier to maintain. It was a very happy day when I completed my software and was able to tell this miserable admin that I was no longer using his software. Sadly there are really only two solutions available to consumers at this time so I get why everybody is giving him 5 stars. Compared to nothing this is pretty good. But trust me, if you have experienced an outage yet, you will and then you will experience the same frustration that I once experienced.
