I've struggled a lot with companies being very difficult to work with, especially when it comes to getting help with warranty claims, but so far I've none with this company whatsoever! I love the electric mountain bike I got from them and I've been riding it daily since I received it. It was easy to put together, built with very sturdy materials (no cheap aluminum here), and feels really smooth to ride. However, I got in an accident a few days ago involving a wreckless driver speeding in the middle of two lanes in my neighborhood, leading to me crashing into a ditch trying to avoid a potential collision. Bike itself only suffered minor damage and saved me from suffering any major injuries. Only things that broke were the stock phone holder and a plastic clip for one of the electric components broke, which they were more than happy to replace for me after I reached out to their customer support about it. I'll definitely be buying from this company again in the future.

One of the best bikes I’ve ever ridden on I bought it in February of this year and it’s never broken down at all I ride it every day and and as fast as it will go out of the box and that is at the speed of 34 mph it is a very well made bike and very comfortable and very easy to use and ride and very reliable I have to say the only thing that I have to fix is the brakes pads needs replacing and I think the only reason is because I ride it so fast every where I go

It’s a good bike but the charger doesn’t not lasts long

I bought this ebike for my son and he likes it much better than his last one. It seems to be built very well for the price. We had one problem with it so far but the customer service is great at helping with the small issue.
