Responsive and great customer service

This company came up with a very efficient plan with their electronic bike idea. The bike is definitely efficient and durable. I am satisfied with the smooth commute to work, providing a range of satisfaction and 7 different modes to travel. The company also has top tier communication responding time less than 24 hours. I am proud of my eoeoTwo after trying many varieties of electric bikes this one is my fit.

From the time I first contacted these guys they were Johnny on the Spot with my problem and stayed in contact with me through the process. The quality of these bikes is excellent ! I would and have highly recommended these bikes to all my family and friends. At this point I think I’m the only one in Lubbock that has these. Awesome bike!

Helped me receive new charger for ebike

I bought E-bike for my son. We had an issue with the wiring causing an error code that made the motor not work. I contacted customer support and was helped very quickly and was sent the replacement part at no charge. I am impressed with the customer service and my son loves his bike.
