I purchased two of there eoeotwo bikes, then I started having problems with one with a error code popping up and the hub motor failed to work, so I made contact with the company to try and get it fixed with there year warranty, after troubleshooting and back and forth emails over the last month and a half I hope to have the parts delivered here soon and have this thing back up and going.

Okay so it’s been about 6 months since I brought the Eoeotwo E01 e bike and I have to tell you this bike is the best purchase I’ve made. The durability of it is amazing. I have over 3,000 miles on it and I only had to change the brake pads and regular cleaning. I want to get some new rotors soon. But I do door dash grocery shopping all over the city. It’s never failed me. I truly believe that this is one of the top contenders all around when it comes to affordability swift delivery, customer service, and quality of the parts and packaging. Thank you for providing me with another avenue of making money and providing for my family!!

My EOEOTWO bike is nothing short of amazing. It is everything I imagined it would be and to top it off, the customer service is unmatched. They personally texted me and communicated with me for days until we were able to solve whatever matter was at surface. The service, the bike, the experience are all amazing and I am well pleased.

My son loves this scooter and uses it often! We had an issue with the charger and the customer service was quick to send us a new one which we greatly appreciated!

I purchased the bike and it worked for a couple of weeks and stopped working. Charles and I corresponded for a few weeks and when he realized we had done everything we could to fix the problem, he sent us the part that was defective. It came pretty quickly and we were able to get it going again. All together it was about three weeks that the bike was down and I was pleasantly surprised.

I bought a scooter few months ago from eoeotwo it was excellent to ride, recently while riding met with an small accident the front fork, suspension, fender got crashed and as soon i contacted the seller they responded immediately to know what the issue and later sales team has approached, after sales team ms.huang gave good service which she provided me discount for the parts Currently the parts were in transit, waiting to fix the scooter 🛴 once it arrived I appreciate your customer service ms.huang Thank you very much 😊

My bike rides very very well and even though I am having an issue with the display console they have been very helpful.
