EntryOnly.com did everything they said they would, and at a very reasonable cost. I really like the "menu" approach where i can select which services I wanted and not be stuck with a package offering me more or less than I needed. Great customer service since I did have to ask a question or two as a first time user. Sold my house at the price i wanted. Got it under contract in 10 days, and that was between Thanksgiving and Christmas, not exactly prime selling season.
