When I had put my home on a website as "upcoming" with no listed real estate agent I was getting several calls per day for weeks from agents looking get my business. Jason was one of those callers, however, his frank politeness and to the point talk gave me the impression he wasn't a bottom-feeder agent, and the mention of his FSBO services.
