Seller in C.
Good, Not Perfect
This is a good service for most people. They are helpful and reasonably responsive. They are a little slow to relay emails or requests to show that are mistakenly sent to them, rather than directly to the seller as the listing states. Our listing was very popular, so this did impact some agents ability to show the property quickly. They also rely on auto-populated information from the local MLS on the listing. This means that if the MLS data isn't in agreement with the town, and you list the town information, the listing is published with the town's data as "provided by the seller", rather than "provided by the town", or however your MLS lists such things. It's a picky detail, but FSBO sellers already have a reputation for fudging square footage. When I mentioned this to the agent responsible for entering the listing, I was brushed off. Evidently, they "check" the listing, but don't verify anything. Fair enough, but when the MLS has it wrong, which is not uncommon, the seller looks less reliable.
