I would encourage anyone selling their home to buy an mls listing on this website. The necessary forms from P&S agreement to closing documents are included as well as direct contact with the agent (Jason) to answer any questions. We had a real estate attorney review the contract and because there wasn’t a realtor involved we saved several thousand dollars from the sale of our home.

Loved the ease and simplicity of setting up, and editing, our listing. Started to get hits and viewing requests almost instantly (3 years ago- prior to the truly hot market). The only problem I had was that the listing worked so well that brokers kept calling to see if they could list my home instead. To me that was a sign that my EntryOnly listing was a great choice.
