Everything arrived quickly and as expected.

I was in a bind needing a difficult to find drive. I reached out to them and ordered the part I thought I needed. Turns out it was not the right part. I reached back out to the sales rep and he offered to find the correct part for me, then swapped it out for only the difference in cost of the part. The service was very fast and the sales rep was kind and helpful.

No communication on purchase, two weeks later and still no shipping notice; had to call 4 times before I could get ahold of someone.

Received what I ordered in a timely manner. The product is exactly as I expected. Will be definitely looking to do business with them again.

Put in three orders, only received one. When I asked why, they tell me they cancelled the other two. No reaching out beforehand, no notification afterwards. When asked why, the agent comes up with three different explanations that are all entirely unrelated to my order, until finally settling for malicious intent on my part (?!!), claiming I was trying to exploit some sort of glitch. Even if that glitch existed, again, didn't even apply here. Let alone me being aware of it. The order I did receive was totally fine, I'm not saying you should avoid this company. But if you're reaching out and that specific agent responds - be ready to have your mind blown. But hey, maybe he just had a really really bad day. Which, I mean, we all do. But that experience was wild to say the least. Almost forgot about it already, but just got that email asking for feedback. Here you go.
