Great customer service. My fiance and I love our rings.

I’ve shopped with enso rings a few times. I work mechanics and my ring still holds strong after a couple years. While I do admire the quality of their product I have to say that what is even better than that is their customer service. In a world of weak customer service, they had someone contact me directly and could answer any questions I had and made all transactions incredibly easy. This company will not leave you hanging out to dry. I am pleasantly impressed.

When our first ring was damaged they quickly replaced it for free. The customer service was top notch! Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. And I work in customer service. They taught me how to be better at my job and how to handle customers. They went WAY above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were extremely quick to respond, the customer service rep that I worked with was very personable and made sure to keep up on my order and stay with me from start to finish. She didn’t get annoyed with my million questions either. I LOVE my ring. I love all the different choices and I love that I have the Wonder Woman and my guy has the Superman so they coordinate perfectly, I HIGHLY recommend this company. Like I told my customer service rep instead of singing Taylor Swifts Paper rings I sing Silicone rings “I like shiny things but if Marry you with silicone rings ug, huh that’s right darling you’re the one I want”

originally my rings got lost in the mail but enso rings made it more than right replacing both mine and my fiancés rings right away and when we got the wrong size for him they sent us a new one at no cost to us

Our original shipment was lost in the mail, and we only found out 2 weeks before our wedding. Enso not only sent us our original order, but since we got our rings engraved, they also express shipped us a set of regular rings to use at the ceremony, and did not charge us for any of the extras. By far the best customer service I have experience, and I truly feel like they saved our wedding. Can't say enough positive things about my experience!

Phenomenal experience. Loved the look of the rings, but I had bought the wrong sizes. Company told me to keep the original ones I bought and sent me new ones in the requested sizes without a shipping charge. My fiance and I are so happy with our Star Wars rings!

Customer service with this company is fantastic! A friend recommended Enso Rings to me after my fiancé and I got engaged. Shipping was fast, the rings were affordable- which I love. But my ring wasn’t the right size. They offered to exchange my ring for either the same or a new one, and told me I didn’t have to worry about sending my old one back. Wonderful experience and I understand why my friend recommended them!!! She also mentioned that after 2 years of wearing, her ring is holding up pretty well. She got the warranty to have it replaced if need be and I will as well. Thank you Enso!

Customer service was amazing! My ring broke and was no longer available for a refund. I contacted customer support and they requested a photo and that I withdraw get store credit. Turns out I had lost the ring when I thought I'd put it in my purse. Company reached out a week later with a follow up email about my photo. I responded that I couldn't find the ring so I just bought a new one all together. I thought it was so sweet that the company reached out for a follow up and that that'd be the end of it. They then refunded me a portion of my order total as a thank you. I can't praise this company enough for going above and beyond!
