Took advantage of me for $13000 and lied about my price won’t change so I paid for a hazardous tree removal $6500 and they raised the price a day after

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dylan from Enix Properties, and I have to say, he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. From the start, Dylan was attentive and responsive, always taking the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. His knowledge of the property market was impressive and he provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. But what really stood out was Dylan’s exceptional customer service skills. He was patient, kind and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. They supported and prepared me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Enix Properties and especially Dylan to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property company.

I had an outstanding experience working with Enix Properties. Dylan and his team were not only a pleasure to work with, but they also delivered on their promises. Unlike other "we buy houses" companies, Enix Properties gave me a fair offer for my rental property in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. They explained their reasoning clearly and were transparent throughout the entire process. Enix Properties made the selling process simple and straightforward. From the initial inspection to closing escrow, everything went smoothly and quickly. I appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Enix Properties to anyone looking to sell their property to a reliable and trustworthy company. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the transaction. If you're considering selling your property, Enix Properties should be your first choice.

Dylan at Enix was so helpful to my father. When his sister passed and he inherited her home, he didn't want to keep it or deal with it. We found Dylan and everything just became easy and it fell into place. He was able to give us a fair offer compared to the market and was able to close quicker than we had hoped. If you need to sell your house fast and want to avoid real estate agents and listing it on the market, you couldn't find a better company.

I reached out to Enix properties regarding a property that I needed to sell. I've had bad experience with real estate agents in the past so was nervous about the process. They walked me through everything and were able to buy my home for higher than I thought I would get. Very thankful for this company helping me and would recommend them for any house needs.

Professional home buyers that you can trust! Highly recommend working with Dylan and his team. Thanks again!

Enix properties makes selling your house quick and simple. We had an out of state rental property we needed to sell fast for cash and they really helped us out. Highly recommend!
