The service is good very satisfying with it. Haven’t received my perfume yet, but I know it’s gonna smell good too.

I wore this while working from home and kept catching little bits of it during the day. It made me feel a little more dressed up even though I was still in comfy clothes.

I made contact to cancel my subscription. Support Team did everything possible to keep my subscription. But, after a few requests to honor my request, they did so and I consider their understanding in accepting my request to cancel subscription.

Their products are of a high quality at a reasonable price. I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee and the customer service I received was way beyond what I expected. Truly a pleasure doing business with enhancedscents.

My customer service worker was Steven. May I say, if you want speedy fast, honest, on top of his game and definitely stand out from many; if not ALL of my other experiences with any customer service... he is your guy! Granted it was all my mistake (ordered one too many bottles), I said to myself like I have dealt with other companies before, "probably will take a while to get back to me and by then everything will be processed and they'll say they can't do anything at that point". Not Steven! He answered instantly and assured me that my order was being looked at at that moment, and they would do what they can. Within a couple minutes I was told the order I wrote to them about was canceled successfully and money to be refunded (within my banks time frame) but they did they job and he did it very well. 6 stars 🌟! Also every step they take on your behalf is sent to you so you have no questions throughout. Andrea R
