FALSE ADVERTISING. DO NOT BUY. They advertise a money back guarantee 30 day trail. My wife purchased their product and tried it one time. She did not like the smell and the smell was very faint. I did not even know she was wearing anything. She told me the next day. She attempted to return the product, but they only offered 20% back. After complaining they up their offer to 40%. Which was done by an automated e-mail response. They only communicate through e-mail with an automated response e-mail. They do not advertise a phone number. I tracked down a number on the internet and left a message on a generic voicemail which of course was never returned.

Do not buy, purchase went through fine and email said they were getting my product ready to ship. Received an email a week later saying my money was refunded and my order canceled. I emailed to ask why and was told I didn’t respond to multiple emails asking to clarify my address. They actually went so far as to write fake emails and screenshot them to me to prove they had emailed me. I didn’t receive any of the emails, either in my regular or in my junk file. After a few days of back and forth they couldn’t explain why my order was canceled. I told them I didn’t want to deal with them and to keep the 20% off they were offering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Absolutely horrible product. Even worse customer service. Do not stand by their advertisement of “risk free guarantee”. Do not waste your money! It’s a scam!

These people are scammers. I placed an order since May 20 and was told it would take 5-7 working days to be delivered. To date I have not received anything. I sent them an email inquiring about it and they lied stating it's on the way. I asked for a refund and they said because it was already dispatched I can't get a refund. They go as far as manipulate royal mail and Evri website sensing me 'delivery' notifications which is far from the truth. Be very careful not to purchase any items from these people.

Absolute bs product hahahaWaited 8 weeks forgot arrive. Can’t believe I wasted money on a stink scent like it! I’ll go back to my alcohol based $200+ perfumes! Original smells like musky old MOFF balls and dirty old man draws! It gives off a real stink old mouldy smell…. And it really stinks I washed it off straight away it gave me a real bad headache. My husband reckons it stinks hahah! Don’t buy and don’t even try! Honest review lol 😂

This company is a total scam. The perfume smells like crap. Literally like somebody mixed rose petals and water. There's no smell to it hardly at all. Not to mention, they don't cancel your subscription when you ask them to. I've now called two times to get a cancelled, and they're still trying to charge me. This time when I call they claim they cannot find my account with my email address or my phone number. Then wanted to know the last 4 of my card. And it just seemed like they were just trying to obtain more information to try to charge me again. Apparently there's also no supervisors available. They'll call me back within seventy two business hours. If you like paying for subscriptions that you don't use then this is definitely the product for you.
