It’s a scam. I try to return the unopened package, and I was told that as a gesture of goodwill they will reimburse me 30% of the cost.

They are a scam. I never signed up for any subscription and 2 months after I bought from them they charged me again. There is no way on their site to cancel Abby subscription either. Total scam.

Scam! Firstly, my first order took a very long time to get to me. Customer service got back to via email and explained why. Okay no biggie... Second I was charged the following month even though I made sure to not click on any memberships. And when I called I had to call over 7x in a row to get someone to answer. They told me I was signed up for a membership even though my account didn't say so, she told me they would cancel my membership I would get an email confirmation which I never got. No one is now responding back to my customer service email request. I called over 10x no will answer. I finally just decided to cancel my bank account to try and cut all possibilities of them charging me again

This product contains NO pheromones, scent dissipates very quickly & despite 100% guarantee posted in their website the CS team will only allow a 35% maximum refund. Do not do buisness with this company.

I have been 4 days trying to cancel a subscription I did not sign up for.....I've emailed and called for 4 straight days.....horrible company to deal with.......DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Like others said it’s a scam and they know it. They charge your card when you didn’t order anything and pretend like it’s a mistake and then never get back to you. The only thing you can do is file a fraud claim with your bank and place a stop payment, however you may have to completely replace your debit card because if the amount changes the shop may not be effective.

SCAM - I've tried to call and email this company with no luck. I did not have a subscription, yet they charged me anyways for one. I don't enjoy the product at all. Their lack of communication is frustrating. DO NOT RECOMMEND what so ever.

Scam...it doesn't have a smell at all. A waste of money.
