Appalling service, sent email asking me to top up and get upto £25 match free. Deposited, money taken from account and no balance on account. No live chat, no phone contact available. Just theft really... well emailed, we will see!!

Do not use this site under any circumstances. My father bet with them using their introductory offer and won £50. They then asked him to prove his identity by supplying various documents. He provided the documents and they kept rejecting them for minor reasons. For example they wanted a picture of him holding his passport in one hand, and a piece of paper with the days date. The picture had to have his face in too and the details on the passport be able to be read clearly. Anyone can imagine this would be a difficult shot to get on today's phones. Nevertheless he supplied all documents they asked for and replied to an email they sent him confirming his identity. After all that he finally verified his account and tried to withdraw his £50, at which point energybet cancelled his account and took his money. Absolute scam artists.

Don't sign up during the current period. All sign up bonuses and promotions have been cancelled, however there is nothing on the site to inform you of this decision.

Poor company, always pleased to take your money, but refuse to enter any discussion that they are incorrect... live and learn.. stick with the known names who have a reputation to protect... This company is like a snowmam, it’ll disappear just after xmas

Absolute scum of the Earth. We are in a global crisis, naturally a lot of us want to access money in our accounts. Most companies are ok with this. What do Energy Bet do? What is their contribution to humanity in this time of need? They REPEATEDLY BLOCK WITHDRAWALS ON ALREADY VERIFIED ACCOUNTS! Their "Finance Department" are absolute scumbags. If you care about fair gambling and especially actually getting paid if you win I suggest avoiding Energy Bet like the plague. edit: your reply is nonsense and I stand by the view that your Finance Department are scumbags who are unfairly twisting the rules to block withdrawals. I have never used a different payment method and the "threshold" excuse is just that, an excuse. My account is VERIFIED. It's funny how I can withdraw no problem from other bookies with the EXACTLY the same information that Energy Bet have been given. Are you seriously suggesting all of these other companies (several household names) are breaking the law but Energy Bet are the good guys? Why do special snowflake rules apply to Energy Bet and nowhere else? You had no problem with my identity when I wanted to bet but treat me like a criminal when I want to withdraw. It's just complete BS and looking at some recent reviews it seems my experience is not unique. edit2: more nonsense. Saying this "threshold" is £2,000 deposits or withdrawals. I have deposited less than £400 and withdrawn £0. Even had a withdrawal attempt of £20 rejected! Note that when challenged about this the company rep refused to back up "threshold" claim or discuss further. I think that says it all - load of crap and just an excuse.

Dear TW99, I am sorry your experience isn't what you expected. Our Finance Department is bound to follow certain verification obligations and the only reason to block a withdrawal would be an additional check necessary after reaching a threshold or using a new deposit/withdrawal method. I have asked for additional details regarding your account and after you will provide me with them I will be able to review your case and help where I can. The tragic COVID-19 outbreak that hurts financially many businesses and people, in general, can't be a reason to justify omitting regular and licence required check-ups. As soon as I will get your details in regards to your account I will do my utmost to amend the reply with correct information and try to help you sort out the withdrawal issue. Edit: Dear Customer, Should you find our decision unsatisfactory please remember that you are entitled to search for an additional review through Alternative Dispute Resolution Body (ADR). eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA) is the ADR entity for EnergyCasino complaints. Additionally, The Online dispute resolution (ODR) platform can provide further alternative dispute resolution services within the EU. More information is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr Edit: After you provided me with your details I was able to find out that you have refused to upload documents that are required by the laws and regulations after a certain deposit/withdrawal threshold is met. Please note that your funds are safe in your account and we have blocked your ability to play on our website to be sure that you won't play through your balance. Our team has done everything to assist you in correctly verifying your account. Please note that this is a different procedure that the initial verification required for all UK players before they are able to place a bet. Kindest Regards, EnergyBet

It's a fraudulent company. Don't follow their data because they keep your money. you cannot withdraw money from your account. It is not a serious site and I suggest you do not follow it.

WORST BETTING WEBSITE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! Got my account up to £1500 from £50 and they randomly changed my balance to £500 and said I was using a bonus so they restricted how much I can win lol. Absolutely ridiculous, they literally stole £1000 from me.
