I really hate all the spam emails ….

As an Electrical contractor I wanted to test these lights as a service for my customers, so I purchase one for myself to test it out. It failed the test! Installed in June stopped working in Sept. This is when I realized 2 things the lights need the remote (which was lost due to it working like it was supposed too) and their warrantee info only tell how they can get out of honoring it. Also you are responsible for shipping cost. Between the cost of returning it and not sure weather they will honor it. I just took it as another lesson of jumping on technology too soon . The lights had promise but failed to deliver. They also question about serial number because of recent change , I wonder if they have a know issue they didn't want to tell me about

I tried to return my mounting brackets, unopened. I was simply referred to the 14 day from delivery policy. BEWARE!

We purchased two of the 9000 lumin lights in December of 2020. We absolutely loved them until now. Ours finally died and I just found out that you cannot replace the batteries. At approximately $100 apiece I find it absolutely ridiculous that you cannot replace the batteries.

You should give 0 Star. This company spent lots of money in advertising and cheating America people . I bought 3. 120watt solar light One of them did work for few days and dead not light. Notify to company... They send you all instructions to do vedio then after they tell me to send items paying postage yourself????? What kind of business is this. Defective items I received and have to go to lots of hassels waist my time doing vedio....life is not easy when you buy this endurance light. It better go to Amazon they have better price and better service. I will never recommen to buy this product

Would give 0 stars if possibleDon't buy this junk!!! Streetlight Worked 2 days and now will only stay on 2 hours and shuts off. Told I must pay to ship back their piece of junk that was faulty. Also told Replacement was being expedited. nothing but silence ever since That was over 2 weeks ago Do yourself and pocketbook a favor and stay away from this company!!

They will bait you up to buy and then switch and send a different product to you, when you complain they say you must pay return shipping plus 20% restocking fee. This is a scam They then told me that the "FreeBrackets Bundle" had ended and no longer available but instead of canceling the order they sent me something that I didn't order. This is a sorry company. When you give them a bad review they pull it and then won't let you comment again, just look at their ads, they're only good reviews. Don't do business with EnduranceLights

They trick you into ordering lights you think is a deal then hit you with so called sales pricing. once the order is placed then they want to add more by giving a special sale price. This is the smoke and mirrors. Why not be honest with the first order or put fair pricing for all? I tried to call to fix this and they refused to answer the phone for two days straight. I emailed without any answer. Will not cancel the order via text because it needed manager approval...who doesn't answer the phone!
