We highly recommend EMS Alarm Systems to anyone who is considering an alarm for their home or business. Brandon Mills was terrific! He arrived on time and installed the alarm system promptly. He is dependable, reliable, and very knowledgeable about the system operation. He answered all questions and gave an in-depth explanation of how to use the system features. He made a follow up call a couple days after the installation to make sure we understood how to operate the alarm system and he is always available should further assistance ever be needed.

Brandon answered all my questions and concerns politely. Anytime I call him about anything, he responded by calling me back or coming to my house.

Brandon is one of the nicest , most professional , helpful person we have met in this industry . We have owned 2 systems and didn't have the quality of service , installation or service after the sale . Brandon has followed up with is on the install and other needs we have discussed in more than timely fashion and has helped to guide us through the entire process.we highly recommend Brandon and his company. Brandon Mills from EMS Alarm Systems was very professional and arrived at the scheduled time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system being installed and was able to answer all of my questions. Mr Mills picked up after himself during the installation, not leaving a mess.
