I am so grateful to have found Silke here in Mallorca—both as a coach and as a person. Thanks to her empathetic nature, she knows exactly what is weighing on my mind the moment I walk through the door, and she immediately knows what needs to be done. Her coaching, along with the exercises and tools she provides, has been an immense help to me. What makes her truly exceptional is her ability to work with the body, the soul, and energy. In just 90 minutes, she enabled me to return to being 100% myself for the long term—grounded in my own energy and remaining in my authentic power. I am deeply grateful for her help, I will certainly continue to see her, and I can recommend her with complete confidence. Thank you, Silke.

Silke is combining her therapy fantasticly with coaching. When I came I had pain in my hip and had Problems walking. After her treatment I felt wonderful light and balanced. She works at the same time with coaching and that had a magical effect. The method was Authentic Sharing (Gopal's method) which released a lot of tension in my face and body that my whole appearance changed and left me brighter. I warmly recommend Silke. She has a broad knowledge and knows exactly what one needs. I am very happy that I found her.
