I had my first conversation with Kayleigh, and she was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She was warm, approachable, and our conversation flowed naturally. I genuinely enjoyed the small talk as well. 😊 Having spoken with many recruiters over the years, I can say that very few are able to demonstrate a genuine interest in the candidate while also making them feel completely at ease. Kayleigh did exactly that. She took the time to understand the types of companies and opportunities I was interested in, and she was refreshingly transparent in setting clear expectations throughout the conversation.
