Great
I have only had good experiences with Emovieposters. As long as you follow the rules everything goes smoothly. Shipping was also less expensive than I expected. Great site to find some very rare and cool stuff.

Won a single folded poster for what I felt was a fair price, requested a quote for shipping and upon receiving it my jaw dropped - $80USD to ship uninsured! So to send a single folded poster to New Zealand where I live it was going to cost me $165NZD - that's insane! I've them to close my account. That's nuts.

I have upwards of 10k in DOCUMENTED purchases from eMovieposter.com / eMovieposters.com no issue posting the receipts if needed. Been a customer for over 4 years and will NEVER trust them again. Resold several autographed items and one "re-strike" poster only to have a cascade of validation from third parties/auction houses come back as "re-strikes" and the autographs as fakes as well. Went through JSA for the autos and after discussing the issue in an informative fashion in an email and not requesting any refund they (eMoviePoster(s)) blew me off and basically called me a clown for trusting JSA, ignoring my call about the re-strike??? Ok, asked them to close the account then, later when Beckett was in the area I had them review, again a substantial fee due to the signatures; maybe JSA were wrong. Beckett educated me as to what was wrong with the autographs and showed me the indicators. I can honestly say I have never had an issue with Heritage, Christie's nor Propstore like this... I am still, long after this played out in shock of how little they gave a ... about passing off fakes and re-strikes hawked as "authentic".... Yet I am grateful I did not purchase anything more substantial then what I did.

I agree completely with reviewer below regarding cancelling of sales to push prices Higher on the next auction - it’s all fixed . I recently purchased a poster from this company - interstellar spaceship style . $2500 dollars paid by credit card and money Taken by Emovieposter . Sale was then cancelled a week later and put Up for auction again even though I had already paid for it . Got some of my money Back but still waiting for about $200 less Than what I paid for the goods . They put the poster up for sale - stating and this is still on their site - the previous buyer Did not complete the transaction - rubbish . I have the emails and credit card statements To prove otherwise . As I read below I am not the only one That got ripped off by this company - redoing the Auctions to jack up prices and profits . One would think days of this practice were long gone - it appears not . Buyer Beware - Buyer Beware - Buyer Beware.

I've used eMoviePoster for around 6 months. My first few transactions went smoothly. After a few successful ones, I didn't receive emails, which caused a problem. I was totally unaware until I went to bid on other items. I logged in a few weeks later and was locked out. I emailed and found that my account had been suspended. I was rather upset about this and spoke with Bruce. We had some back and forth about my account, sometimes quite heated, but I totally believe (after all our exchanges) that Bruce is a good guy doing his best to run a busy and challenging business. My view is that Bruce / eMoviePoster were quick to block my account unnecessarily. After a debate which, credit to Bruce, he always got involved in (he could have just ignored me and drawn a line under it), we were able to resolve things and I'm back to being a happy user. So, to summarise: 1. These guys are clearly running a busy business, which isn't easy. 2. Items are also sent extremely securely - the best packaged items I've bought, and I've had over 100 movie posters sent to me recently. I order from the US to the UK and everything has always arrived safely. 3. They have some GREAT items at awesome prices! 4. Items are always described really well and, most importantly, accurately. 5. You can always view large, supersize images of items, which is great. If you read any forums then yes, I don't doubt that sometimes Bruce gets a bee in his bonnet. But I can't think of many (or any) better places to get posters from. From experience, Bruce does his best to resolve things and be sensible about stuff... If there's a genuine mistake then you have a chance of a resolution, but if you're in the wrong / mess them about then they won't hesitate to block you... Which I don't actually think is a terrible thing. So, all in all, highly recommended. Be a good user, do what's expected of you and I don't doubt you'll have a good experience on EMP. Based on the above it was a negative turned into a positive, and thanks to all the team there who work tirelessly to offer a great service.

such gross business practices. will relist auctions after they have ended to drive up prices and not notify any of the original winners. if you contact their customer service to ask a question they will delete your account
