Outstanding Customer Service
tl;dr: A few problems, but outstanding customer service saves the day. I ordered a product at a great price despite never having heard of the company. A few problems came up. Problem 1: The product was no longer in stock (even though it was in stock at time of purchase). Solution to Problem 1: The Emmeco contacted me telling me that the product was out of stock and offered to send me an upgraded version of the product that they did have in stock for no additional cost. Problem 2: The product never shipped. This was a Christmas present that I ordered fairly early, so I was a little careless in paying attention to the shipping, but when it dawned on me that I hadn't received the product a week from Christmas, I contacted the company. Solution to Problem 2: They told me that the order was lost (as in it never left the warehouse). To make up for it (I did notify them is was a Christmas present to make the deadline apparent) they overnighted the product to me. Overall there were some hiccups, but I feel that the outstanding customer service more than makes up for the inconveniences.
