Saw advertised on instagram, I ordered few bracelets before Christmas 2024, NEVER received anything. I decided to email them on 04/2025 telling them I never received my package, they emailed me back saying my package was delivered 25 days ago from April 15 2025. Told customer service I have never received and need my package or money back, their answer was: Sorry, we have indeed delivered it to you. We recommend that you check the surveillance video at your door to see if the goods have arrived. I don’t recommend this site and please don’t fall for instagram advertising.

I ordered a gift on February 4th for Valentines day. And it came in the mail on March 14 completely ruining my surprise. All my other purchases from other company came in February 14, but this took a whole month. There is no excuse for that and they need better mailing services.

I order 2 Inspirational Bible verses Jar. This is a gift I bought for my 2 daughters for Christmas. Since December I’m waiting for it and they kept on apologizing for the delay. Last month they told me that they send them to my town post office and that the post office send it back and of I can get a refund.I went to the post office and the post office clerk told me that this company never sent anything to me. This are scanners. I’m going to have to talk to my bank for a dispute or sue them . I also wish that there can be a zero for the rating . I also forgot to mention that they say the give me a refund but if I buy this products again.

I would give a 0 if was an option! I ordered in November of 2024 and it is now February, still have not received and they say it was delivered!! Do not order unless you want to give them your money!!

Wish there was a 0 rating! And wish I had saw this before ordering. Order 2 yearly planners on January 3rd. It’s been almost 2 months! Defeats the purpose now! Customer service just says they are reaching out to the carrier to get it here. I don’t even know if the tracking is legit. The last update said feb 1st. I hate companies like this! I guess the next step is filling a dispute with my bank. Last email said…. Please wait a few more days 🙄 Don’t order from this company!

Awful customer service!! Ordered Christmas gifts in November. By Christmas I was asking where they were as the tracking just stopped updating. They just kept saying they are on the way. 3 months now I’ve been “waiting” and asking for a refund and now they say, they arrived Dec 23rd. Lies and SCAM!!!

I have never received my order and I reached out to support numerous times and they never answered my emails .This order is 3 weeks old.Plus,I was promised it would be here on Valentines Day but that was a lie.Its Feb 20th and nothing.I will never order from this lousy establishment AGAIN.ONCE AGAIN,WHERE IS MY ORDER.BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL BE CONTACTED TOMORROW. Oh by the way,tracking information stinks.! More lies.! Please, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY. IN PLAIN ENGLISH...THEY SUCK

Wish could give negative star rating. This company is a shady joke. Ordered one of the budget planners they listed and got a totally different item . It took six weeks to get basically an extended calendar planner. Was missing about half of what was supposed to be in the budget planner. Attempted to have them correct the issues the only thing they will do is have me return it to them in China...for between $32- 45 and then get refund for $28. Um make that make sense. This place has despicable customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
