Hi there, Thank you for the review! We've recently moved the withdrawal section to be a mining content card on the main mining page (you'll need to swipe over). Please reach out to [email protected] if you're still having trouble finding it and we can provide a video to help!

Thank you for your review! It sounds like you may need to switch to the custodial side of the app by heading to Settings -> Ember Custody -> then toggle over to see your payout! If you still don't see it, please reach out to [email protected] and we can take a look (mention you're from TrustPilot too!).

Seems suspicious! I submitted the withdrawal on 1st of this month but today as I can see it got reverted. When I clicked on the the withdrawal tap it says mining has been stopped on this account and that my account is on review which is not d case I guess becoz it's still running. Moreover the distribution date was shifted from 3rd to 4th of this month! Why??

Hey there, thanks for your post. I'm sorry you feel that way. Just like Bitcoin halves after a certain amount of blocks, Ember's mining program halves to support new miners on the platform. The halving cycle has been part of the program since the beginning and you can see all the historical details on our FAQ. Hope this helps!
