I ordered a 60" X 40" chunky blanket. I received a 24" X 24" blanket. They said they would send the correct item. That was December 30th. Since then, nothing. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Ember and Field has also ignored them. DO NOT trust this company.

I ordered a 60 x 40 INCH blanked. After almost two months it finally arrived. However, the blanked was 60 x 40 Centimeters. So basically I ordered a blanked and received a rag... I emailed them right after but I haven't received an answer from them yet.

Ordered two blankets at the begining of December for birthdays at the end of the month. After two weeks I asked where they were. I was told shipping was backed up. I told them that was fine, just refund the money. I was then told they had shipped. I had the tracking number and they were still in the warehouse. I asked again to cancel the order and was told no. So today is one month since I ordered and still no blankets that were supposed to be birthday presents two weeks ago. This is a worthless company. Just order one off Etsy. At least the people on there will give you accurate information as far as when to expect it.
