I have been happy with the products I have purchased except for my last. The sweatshirts I’ve purchased in the past have all been silk screen. With the last purchase I received one that was a transfer. The first time it was washed and dried it started falling off.

John, Why didn't you tell us you had a problem with one of the sweatshirts? We would have replaced it. Our process has been the same for years in printing apparel. We did have a problem with some ink a while back but that has all been corrected and no longer have any issues. All apparel should be turned inside out and washed in cold water.
