Have you checked your email? Spam folder? All gift certificates are emailed. Did you contact us with the issue? Havent heard from you until you left this bad review. You need to contact us so we know who you are and fix the issue if there was one.

We understand your disappointment in the delay of your order delivery. However to say that there was nothing we were willing to do is false. As soon as we heard from you that your order had not been delievered we reported the issue to USPS and opened a service request #19918029. Then last week we issued a missing mail reques t # 10659141. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of USPS and are awaiting more information from them about your package. We have had about 2 dozen customers that either received their delayed orders and others are still awaiting delievery. The 3 day delivery time frame is a normal range for delivery however it is not guaranteed by USPS. We have no control over USPS. Once USPS has deemed your package as lost we will be more than happy to issue a refund.

Since we don't know who you are we cannot look into what happened. If USPS took a long to time deliver we have no control over that, unfortunately. You can see the date it was shipped on the postage label on your package. We normally ship within a day or two after an order is received on the next business day(s).

What is the name on your order and or the order number? We looked up Pamela Zwer and nothing comes up? Why haven't you contacted us via email about this? International orders are taking much longer to arrive due to the pandemic. You can look this up at USPS .com and see where they state package delivery times have been extended due to Covid-19. You would have been sent a tracking number. Have you tracked it? I see now that this order was under a different name. This order was placed "less" than a month ago on July 25th and shipped on July 28th. It is still in transit with USPS. Tracking Number: CJ179470978US Your item departed a transfer airport in INTERNATIONAL, LOS ANGELES, UNITED STATES on August 5, 2020 at 10:43 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
